Prologue Once in modern but unusual times there lived a little girl that was an orphan. Now this girl was no ordinary girl she had super human abilities. She could lift objects that were three times her weight, she also could go at extremely fast speeds and she could turn invisible. Now she didn’t know that she had these powers until she was about ten years old when her and her parents were in a terrible car accident. She was the only one that survived. When she knew that she wasn’t normal she did not like it one bit. Her name is Elizabeth and this is her story of how she finds herself, love, and hardship. Chapter 1 Name: Elizabeth Clark, Occupation: none, Husband/boyfriend: none. Hi my name is Elizabeth Clark and this story is about me and my family, what we have been through. Now this book I am creating for one reason I have to do a biography of my self for English class and it is a requirement for us to even graduate. Well we didn’t exactly have to write a biography but I wanted to do it so I could be remembered. I am now eighteen years old and I am a senior in high school. My parents died when I was ten years old. I also have special abilities and have lived in the orphanage because of that. Well I don’t exactly the people that run the orphanage adopted me and they sent me to school. No one else would take me in because I have tried different families but they freak when they find out that I have special powers. The family that I have now accepts me for who I am as a person. The years of school that I have been in I haven’t made very many friends but the ones I have I am really close to. My best friend is Edward Dawson and him and I have been best friends since we were little kids. He has been battling with cancer his whole life. The doctors didn’t think that he was going to make to the age of three but he has proven them wrong. Him and I have dated a couple of times but it hasn’t gotten serious with him. He is the only guy that I have dated since I have been in school I hope that I meet someone in college or marry him if he asks me out again and we get serious. Now it is getting close to graduation I am excited and scared at the same time. Edward and I have stared dating again and I think that its getting serious this time I hope that I am right about this and don’t get my heart broken again. Graduation is getting closer and closer by the days. Chapter 2 I am now graduated from high school but I was not able to go to college because my parents didn’t want me to go. Reason being because I have special powers and my parents don’t want me to move away. I can understand were they are coming from but I wanted to live on my own. Things between Edward and I have gotten really serious. We have been together for almost a year. Edward does know about my powers and he doesn’t care if I have them. Also Edward and I are going to dinner tonight for are one year anniversary. We are at the restraunt and Edward just proposed to me and I said yes. We are going to make the wedding plans and we should be getting married in the next month or two. Chapter 3 The wedding is just a couple days away and I am really starting to get really nervous. My father has also had his talk with Edward a couple a days ago; I thought that my father was going to flip on him because he knew about my powers. My father actually said that he was relieved that he knew about my powers. Mom is going absolutely crazy on me not in bad way either she wants do everything and anything. The wedding is now here and so nervous. I’m looking out to the front of the church. Edward is in his tux and looks so handsome. Name: Elizabeth Dawson, Occupation: waitress, Husband: Edward Dawson. It is after the wedding and everything; I had Edward go to the doctors because he didn’t look so well. The doctor told him that his cancer was back and it is progressing really fast. The doctor said that he only got a couple months to live. I also just learned that I’m pregnant with our first child. When I told Edward this he started to cry. He told me that if the doctor is right then he wouldn’t be able to see the baby be born. I told him that he would because the doctor was going to get rid of the cancer. He said to me that he loved me forever and I told him that I loved him to. I said that I have loved him since the first day that I met him. He told me that he did too and that the only reason that he broke up with me when we teenagers because of his cancer. Chapter 4 It has been one month since Edward was told about his cancer, it is getting a lot worse then I thought it would. He has not gotten out of bed in two weeks. I’m so worried about him because he gets weaker and weaker every day. He keeps telling me that he is not going to survive but I told him to have faith and not give up. I am also a month pregnant but I’m not sticking out yet. Edward has been to the doctors for chemotherapy but his cancer is not getting any better. He is getting so bad though that they have to bring the chemo machine to the house. I hope that he gets better soon, I keep telling him that it will be all right but I don’t think that it will. His birthday is also going to be next month. I just hope that he doesn’t leave me so soon. Chapter 5 It is two months into his cancer treatments; he is getting better but is still a little bit weak. He gets around the house a lot better than he did a month ago. I’m still a little bit worried that his cancer is not going to go all away but I’m glad that he is getting better. I am now two months pregnant. I am so excited about the baby but I’m sad about Edward. The doctor said that he might survive this because he thought that he was going to get worse but he got better. I hope that some kind of miracle comes. Also tomorrow is his birthday and I am going to surprise him with a birthday party. My mom will be getting the party ready when I take him to get his chemo. We did it this way so that he wasn’t so suspicious. When we were done with the chemo the doctor said that the cancer had vanished and it wasn’t there anymore. Edward was so excited about the news that he grabbed me into his arms. He hugged and kissed me right in the doctor’s office. I was so relieved that I didn’t care if anyone saw us or not. I was happy that he was going to be able to see are baby be born. Chapter 6 Two months have passed and I am starting to show. Edward is so healthy now it doesn’t even seem like that he had cancer two month ago. He is up and about, he is even working at a job that he got just a couple of weeks ago. The doctor told him not to go back to work until he was in the clear. I also am still working at my job but I will be going on pregnancy leave in a couple of months. So now having the income of two jobs is helping us a lot. My parents are also helping us with are work at home because Edward can do some but not a lot and I can’t do a lot either. My mother tells me everyday of how excited she is to be having her first grandchild. They have been a great help to us in these rough times. Chapter 7 It has been another couple of months now. I am on pregnancy leave and its just Edward working at his job. He has been cancer free for four months now. He still has his appointments but he is proving all the doctors wrong everyday that he is alive. He tries to take care of me the best he can. My mother still comes over to she has been a big help to me. She is always telling me to relax and that she will do everything. I can’t wait until the baby comes but tomorrow I am going to the doctors to see if everything is okay and whether to learn it is a boy or a girl. I am at the doctors today she is now taking the sonogram and she has a surprised and happy look on her face. She just told me that I’m not having just one baby but I am having twins. One is a girl and one is a boy. Edward is here to and he is going absulutly nuts because he not going to see one baby be born but he is going to see two be born. It is going to be another three months before they come. Chapter 8 Only a couple of weeks have passed. I am anticipating the arrivals of my twins. I was at the doctors again and she said that they are growing normally. Edward is getting healthier and healthier by the days the doctors don’t know how he’s surviving but he is. Him and my father is getting the twin’s room ready for when they do come. My mother is planning a baby shower and she said that it will be next month. I guess that my friends and family don’t have to worry about what type of clothes to buy. I just hope that I get enough stuff because Edward is not getting that high of an income and I don’t really want to ask money from my parents. Even though they said that they would give us the money. Chapter 9 It has been three months now and the doctor said that they should be coming at any time in the next couple of weeks. Edward is doing so well he is able to do the things that he was able to before he got his cancer and he is glad that his cancer is gone. That night I woke up screaming that was because I started to have contractions. I woke up Edward and told him that we need to go to the hospital now because it was time. He just picked me right up and put me into the car. We are now at the hospital and they are montering my labor pains. They said that I should be having the twins soon because the labor pains are getting closer together. I had the twins and they are so adorable. We named are daughter Rose and we named are son James. Edward had the brightest look on his face. He was so excited because he got the to see the kids and got to hold them. This for him became an ultimate reality for when the doctor told him that he was only going to live for two months. And now he has lived for almost a year. Chapter 10 We are now home from the hospital. My parents were driving over to are house to see the twins and they were in a horrible car accident. It is happening all over again. Like when I was ten years old. It brings so many bad memories back, but the only good thing is that they didn’t die in the car accident they just are really badly injured. Well my dad is anyway; my mom is in critical condition. They don’t think that she is going to live; the doctor said that she keeps going in and out of consasnous. They have my mom and dad in separate rooms so that dad doesn’t see mom but he keeps flipping out at the doctors and telling them that he wants to see mom. It’s the next day and Edward, the twins and I are going to the hospital to see my parents. The doctor said that bringing in the twins might keep my dad’s mind away from mom for a little bit. When he seen the twins he was so excited and then he asked if we were going to let mom see the twins. I told dad that we would, and to keep the faith and don’t give because I knew that mom would be ok. I knew that she would to because I just figured out that I have a new power, to heal people not fully but enough so that they can get better on there own. I think back and I’m sure that’s how Edward got better. Chapter 11 I leave dad and say that I’m going to go get a drink but I’m actually going to go to mom’s room. I’m in mom’s room and I start to cry because she is lying there and is so lifeless. I then touch her and the miracle starts to happen, she is healing all the way and is starting to wake up. Then she looks at me and says I knew that I wasn’t going to die that she knew that she was going to be able to see the twins. I just cried and told her that I knew to. I asked her though how I got these powers when I didn’t have them before. My mom said that my real parents must of knew that I was ready and gave the full fledged powers to me and also my mom said that she had a talk with my real mom a couple of weeks ago. Well she came to her in a dream. Then she said that she didn’t want to tell me this because she thought that I would freak out. I then told her that I am more freaked out now then if she would of told me. I’m angry but not angry at the same time, I asked her how long she has been talking to my real mom. My mom then just looked at me and said I have been talking to her for a while honey. I just looked at her in disbelief and left the room. Chapter 12 My mother later called me that night. I was still upset with her but I talked to her she apologized to me again that she didn’t tell me sooner. I asked if dad had any of these visions and she said that she didn’t really know and if he did then he didn’t tell her. I told mom that I understood why she didn’t tell me. It was because I knew who my real parents were and I wanted to talk to them so bad. It would be nice to see them again.

My mother later called me that night. I was still upset with her but I talked to her she apologized to me again that she didn’t tell me sooner. It was because I knew who my real parents were and I wanted to talk to them so bad. It would be nice to see them again.
